Given the sophistication and variety in the Israeli microbrewery scene it’s hard to believe how new it is but it was virtually non-existent 10 years ago.   Now there are over 200 kinds of Israeli made craft beers.  Israeli beers are even starting to make a mark on the international beer circuit and are fast gaining a reputation of being made with only premium ingredients and offering a range of style and flavors.  We stopped by the Lela Beer stand in the Jaffa Christmas Market and tried his great Belgian styled beers. The stout was my favorite!
