Surfing has become on of the most popular sports in Israel.  And why not?  There are unlimited, gorgeous beaches with great surf running up the Mediterranean coast.  Watch some world-class surfing at the Pro Netanya Surf Competition, which was the first pro surfing world competition to be held in Israel since 1983.  This was a chance for some of Israel’s best surfers to compete with some of Europe’s best.  Surfs up!
