The Old Jaffa Port in Tel Aviv is a great place to spend the day.  Walk on the promenade running along the water and see the gorgeous views, eat in one of the great restaurants and catch a great music performance or art show.  You can even take a boat tour of the harbor.  And top it all off with an amazing sunset.  Enjoy!
